Central location and great value. Very friendly and helpful staff. Provided accurate answers to all your queries. Very good breakfast with good spread and variety. Clean, simple rooms in the centre of town. Easy access to the old town with plenty of restaurants and cafes, and places of interest.

Breakfast service was inconsistent. There were days when the waitress did not greet or offer us coffee, which made us feel neglected.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Innsbruck. The location was perfect as it was within easy walking distance to the main tourist attractions and also close to the train station. Being right in the center of the city made it very convenient for sightseeing. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, always wearing a smile and ready to assist. The breakfast provided was excellent, with a wide range of choices and efficient waitstaff. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were well-maintained. a great experience.
