The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city. It was within walking distance of all the major attractions and there were plenty of places to eat nearby.

One downside was that the room didn't have a window, instead there was a door made of glass and wood. I didn't feel completely safe, especially when some drunk guests came back from the bar late at night.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect as it was right in the heart of the old town. We were able to easily walk to all the restaurants and attractions in the city center. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure that all our needs were met. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we could ask for. The bed was cozy and the shower was refreshing. We also appreciated the little touches like the heated bathroom tiles and the complimentary shower gel. our experience at this hotel was excellent and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this city.

The only downside we can think of is that the pillows were a bit too soft for our liking. However, the housekeeper was quick to provide us with firmer pillows when we requested them, so this was easily resolved.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The room was huge with a beautiful Austrian old villa ambiance. Enormous reception room with a massive TV. Nespresso coffee machine and whirlpool tub in the bathroom. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, and perfect location in Graz old town.

Had a great time during New Year's at a hotel located in the heart of an old city. The historical building is well preserved and the staff is very friendly. Loved the excellent breakfast and the beautifully individually designed rooms. , the nearby restaurants offered a variety of cuisines to choose from.

The hotel was located in the middle of a lively area which meant loud noise from revelers throughout the weekend. Despite the comfortable beds, this made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Our stay at the zum Dom was delightful. We spent a few nights at this historic hotel and loved its location in the older part of town, just a short walk from the Dom and Mausoleum. The room was comfortable and surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The staff was helpful and quickly answered our questions about late-night arrivals. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the center of the old town and shopping areas made exploring Graz a breeze.

The location of this place couldn't be better - right in the heart of the old town. It's fantastic to be able to walk to all the charming restaurants and shops in the area. The staff here are friendly and helpful, especially the vivacious Cartoon who made our breakfasts even more enjoyable. The room amenities were great, with air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a cozy sitting area. The hotel also offers convenient services like car hire and laundry facilities. I couldn't ask for more.

The only downside was some noise in the morning, as the cleaning staff started their work early and it could be a bit noisy in the corridor. But overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to friends.

We stayed at Boutiquehotel Dom for three nights and it was one of the best hotels we've ever experienced. The staff was incredibly kind and thoughtful, providing impeccable service. They accommodated our request for an early check-in and late checkout, and even gave us a spacious and well-equipped triple room. The hotel's location in the center made it convenient to explore Graz's main tourist attractions, and the breakfast was diverse and satisfying.

The size of the apartment was incredible, definitely more spacious than I expected. The jacuzzi was a nice touch, although it was a shame that it was too cold to use outside. The coffee machine in the room was a great addition, and the staff were very helpful. The modern design of the apartment was also a major plus. Best of all was the location, right in the heart of the city center.

The bed could have been softer, but that's just personal preference. The internet connection was extremely poor and only worked in one room.

Large rooms with remote controlled air conditioning, excellent shower/toilets, Nespresso machine included, special parking rates for guests, very good breakfast, perfect location in the middle of the old town.

Felt like a home away from home, staff always willing to help.
