The communication with the staff could be improved as they left a message in a different language, assuming everyone understands it. the cleaner repeatedly entered the room before the designated check-out time.

This hotel is in an excellent location with easy access to two subways and close to the Danube, making it a great neighborhood for a stroll. The proximity to Prater amusement park also makes it a fun destination. The rooms were very clean with no carpeting, making it ideal for allergy sufferers. The breakfast served was delicious and with a good variety.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the city center and within walking distance to everything.
