This hotel is located right in front of the main train station, making it extremely convenient for travelers. The rooms have a considered design with excellent bathrooms and the staff provide professional service. The breakfast includes delicious waffles that will leave you very happy.

Everything was up to scratch, no improvements needed.

ibis did it again! second stay in vienna and they still exceeded expectations on valentine's day. spacious, clean room with modern bathroom and comfortable bed. friendly staff, excellent wifi, and ideal location for catching an early train. breakfast was delicious, plenty of options. a+ experience.

The location is unbeatable for those using the train station. My room was spotlessly clean. The breakfast had a great selection and was delicious. Overall I recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Vienna.

This hotel is wonderfully located, as it sits right next to Vienna Central station. The hotel is also on the 9th floor, with a considered design and excellent basic amenities. The staff were also very accommodating and the breakfast was delicious, especially the waffles!

I had a great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was excellent, right across from the main train station, making it convenient for travel. The staff at the reception, especially Silvia and another girl whose name I forgot, were incredibly helpful and attentive to my needs.

The breakfast selection could be improved by offering a different brand of coffee. The current one was too bitter for my taste.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy for us to drop off our luggage and start exploring the city right away. the tram stop for tram D is just a short walk away, providing a quick and comfortable way to reach the city center. the room was clean and identical to the pictures online, and surprisingly quiet despite its proximity to the station. the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

It would have been nice to have a safe in the room to securely store personal items. there was a malfunctioning light over the desk that could not be fixed, but the staff promptly provided a new room as a solution.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel near the main train station. The location was perfect, as it was directly across the street from the central train station, making it extremely convenient for transportation. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with clean rooms and a great city view. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the amenities in the bathroom and the option to fill your bottle with both normal and hot drinking water at the lobby. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience.

We had a great stay here. The location opposite the main train station and the fantastic public transport links made it easy to visit all the attractions in the city. The room was equipped with all amenities, including heating, air conditioning, a soundproofed environment, and a flat-screen TV. The bar/lounge area and the buffet breakfast provided us with great dining options, including special diet menus. The staff, although not very helpful with the internet service, provided us with dry cleaning, laundry, tours/ticket assistance.

I had an amazing xmas stay in this hotel! the staff was really friendly and even offered me complimentary drinks upon my arrival. the location was perfect for exploring the city as it was only a short walk from the main train station and close to all the main attractions. the room was cozy and had all the amenities I needed. Plus, the bed was super comfortable and I slept like a baby!

The only downside was that there wasn't any kettle in the room. I had to go all the way down to the lobby to get hot water for my tea.
