The staff was accommodating and granted late check-out and other requests with a smile.

The communication and management could be improved, as there were issues with the rooftop terrace bar not being accessible and the restaurant and bar being closed during our stay. The shower placement in the room was not ideal, as it caused the room to fog up and allowed for a blast of cold air upon stepping out.

I recently stayed at Jaz In The City in the heart of Vienna for a few nights. The location was perfect, in the best neighborhood and close to shops and public transport. The room was cozy and nicely decorated, with nice touches like a Nespresso machine and a decent-sized fridge. The staff was great and the cocktails at the hotel bar were delicious. it was a fun and modern hotel in a hip area, just a short ride away from the city center.

We loved the music theme of the hotel - the gramophone in the room and the option to borrow vinyl records at the reception added a unique touch. The hotel's location was perfect, close to the vibrant Neubaugasse street with plenty of shops and just a short walk from the subway station. The daily breakfasts were exceptional, offering a variety of pastries, fruits, toasts, and cold cuts. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with any request. As friends who enjoy going out at nights, we found the hotel's ambiance and amenities to be perfect for our stay.

We stayed during new year's eve and we enjoyed the complementary champagne and snacks offered by the hotel. the location was perfect as it was within walking distance to all major attractions. the breakfast spread was great and we loved the fact that it had an assortment of freshly baked pastries.

The lighting in the room was a bit of a letdown and it took a few attempts to turn it off. We also felt that the hotel staff were trying too hard to be "hip" at the cost of basic amenities, such as not having a toothbrush or slippers available in the room.

The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. The staff was helpful and friendly. The record player in the room was a fantastic bonus. The rooftop bar was superb with an amazing voucher for a delicious cocktail. The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. There was no noise from outside or other rooms. The shower had great water pressure. Two complimentary water bottles were provided daily. The location was fantastic, almost near the city center, making it convenient to explore this hip area within 30 minutes.
