The lobby offers free coffee and water, and the reception staff is friendly and helpful. Plus, there are several good restaurants and a grocery store nearby.

The TV channels are limited, with only a couple of English-language options available.

I had a great stay at Adina Serviced Apartments. The apartment had all the utilities I needed, including a dishwasher and fridge. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the train station, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

We arrived early at Joyn Vienna Aparthotel, expecting to leave our luggage and return later for check-in. However, the staff surprised us with a comfortable and clean room ready for us! we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return.

Stayed at the serviced apartments at the heart of Vienna. The self-service check-in and check-out were hassle-free, and the staff was easily accessible online and at the front desk. The room had a convenient kitchenette with cooking and dining utensils, and there was a supermarket nearby. Laundry facilities were also available in the basement. The location was excellent, close to the train station and only 30 minutes from the airport. The soundproofing was good, and the room had plenty of outlets, great Wi-Fi, and a comfortable sleeping area. The lobby offered delicious coffee and tea.
