The hotel is conveniently located for ski resorts, only a short distance from the cafeteria. It also provides easy access to hiking around Bad Aussee and is a short stroll down to the shops. The rooms are clean and tidy, with a larger than normal bathroom. The staff is helpful and pleasant, providing great service. The breakfast is delicious with a nice selection. the hotel offers secure storage for bicycles.

The hotel lacks cosiness and atmosphere, feeling more like a dormitory.

During my xmas stay at this hotel, I was pleased with the free parking provided and the friendliness of the staff. the location was convenient as it was close to area attractions and transportation. the buffet had a good selection of hot and cold foods that provided variety for breakfast.

There were some elements that could be improved. the beds were uncomfortable and made a lot of noise when moving around.
