Great location, helpful staff, ample ski storage, buffet-style meals, close to bars and restaurants.

Located in the heart of town and directly across from City Hall, this hotel offers a prime location for exploring the area. The in-house restaurant conveniently stays open until 10pm, allowing guests to enjoy a leisurely dinner. The hotel is also just a short distance from the main gondola, making it incredibly convenient for those looking to hit the slopes.

One downside mentioned by a guest was the extra cost for parking, which was not clearly communicated upon arrival.

Ideal hotel for skiing on Planai, warm rooms, excellent meals, helpful staff, lounge with play area. Clean and tidy hotel, spacious rooms, decent and plentiful food. Conveniently close to main gondola for easy access in ski boots!

We had a wonderful stay at Jufa Hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the ski lift. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the ski storage was spacious. The dinner at the restaurant was fabulous, with plenty of options. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Great value for money. the gorgeous Austrian Alps, a perfect location for outdoorsy types. the hotel is situated right in the town center, close to several shops, cafes, and restaurants. the hotel also offers a "Summer Card," which gives access to some local attractions and public transport for free. the rooms are spotless and come equipped with a TV and hairdryer.

The breakfast and dinner were often chaotic, with many school groups staying in the hotel and hogging food before other guests could get to it. Finding a place to park was also difficult as the hotel charges for remote parking.
