We stayed at K+K Palais for 7 days and were very pleased with our cozy urban room on the 6th floor. The comfortable bed and renovated bathroom were highlights, along with the beautiful building. The location was perfect—quiet but close to public transport and within walking distance of attractions. The staff were attentive and the breakfast selection was impressive. a great value for money and a pleasant stay.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided us with useful recommendations and maps for exploring the city. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to major attractions and a metro station nearby. The breakfast provided at the hotel was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to choose from.

The room we were assigned was smaller than we expected and the bed and bathroom were quite small as well. The receptionists seemed indifferent to our request to change rooms and were generally unfriendly.

The hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to the airport and close to markets, museums, and bars. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet with a great view of the garden. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a great variety of food. The bathroom was well-stocked with toiletries.

Our room had a heated floor in the bathroom which was such a nice surprise and made getting ready in the morning much more comfortable. The location was great for walking to major attractions. we had a great stay at K+K Palais.

Shabby room, items falling apart.

We had a fantastic time at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from all the main sites. Plus, being situated on a quiet square meant we could enjoy some peaceful moments away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The service was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and laundry facilities available. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel also had great leisure facilities, including a fitness center and a kids club. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
