We loved the cozy and spacious rooms at this place. The comfortable beds provided a great night's sleep, and the 42-inch LG LED TV with a good selection of HD channels was a nice touch. The location was also convenient, as we were able to easily reach Schloss Schonbrunn on foot. Plus, the free Vienna map provided at the reception was a helpful bonus.

The staff at the reception desk were a bit rude and did not provide good customer service. However, despite this, we would still highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

Additionally, the hotel had good access to public transportation, making it easy to get around the city.

The hotel was quite far away from the city center, requiring a 30, 40 minute journey to reach the main attractions. the Wi, Fi in the room was not very fast and needed to be refreshed every 24 hours.

The staff was very friendly and attentive, and the breakfast hall was managed by friendly ladies. The rooms were clean and spacious, with enough space for large suitcases. The location was convenient, with a tram stop right in front of the hotel and a 18-minute walk to a famous palace and park.

My experience at the hotel was not as good as I expected. The room temperature was way too high and the air conditioning was not working.
