The hotel offered a reasonable price for our stay during Easter. It was conveniently located near the famous Prater theme park and the Ferris wheel that we wanted to visit. the proximity to Praterstern station was also a bonus, making it easy for us to explore the city using trams, U bahn, and S bahn. the receptionists were very friendly and spoke good English, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Additionally, the rooms were clean and had a good power shower, providing us with a comfortable stay.

One downside was that toiletries were not provided in the room, apart from some squeezy soap. It would have been nice to have a more comprehensive selection.

During our stay at Kunsthof, we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional breakfast. The rooms were incredibly small, not matching the pictures portrayed online. This was especially evident in the bathroom, which was extremely cramped and made it difficult to access the toilet comfortably.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was only about a 5-minute walk from the public transport station. This made it incredibly convenient to get to different sites, including the old town which was only about 20 minutes away. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful garden/terrace in the middle of the building where I could enjoy breakfast or have a drink from the honesty bar. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or problems. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, with the bin always emptied and the bed tidied. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Despite being in a quiet area, it was easy to access the city center via public transport. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly, and the basic amenities provided were sufficient for a comfortable stay. The rooms had skylight windows, although they were quite high up, so the view was limited to the sky. However, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean with nice showers. The breakfast, which was included in the price, offered a good variety of options, although there were no hot food choices and it may not have been suitable for vegans.
