The spa and location are great. the holiday decorations were festive and added to the atmosphere. the hotel is located near several shops and restaurants which made it easy to find something to do.

The hotel was overpriced for what it offered. the service was poor and staff was not attentive.

We stayed at this luxurious hotel for two nights and had an incredible experience. The location is stunning, situated in a lovely area of southern Styria on a hill overlooking a picturesque medieval town. The hotel's modern and striking design adds to the overall charm of this place. The rooms are spacious and airy, providing enhanced comfort during our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, and their command of English made communication easy. We were impressed by the excellent restaurant and the impeccable service we received. The breakfast buffet was particularly outstanding. Additionally, we took full advantage of the spa facilities, which included a sauna, steam room, massage, and outdoor heated pool. It was the perfect way to relax and unwind. We highly recommend this hotel for a truly memorable and enjoyable stay.
