We loved our stay at this hotel in Vienna! The location was perfect for us as it was just a few minutes from the underground and easy transportation to all the places we wanted to visit. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting us with arranging activities and recommending great restaurants. The rooms were clean and fresh, providing a comfortable stay. One highlight was the Euro-typical breakfast with delicious coffee. as adults, we thoroughly enjoyed the facilities and amenities offered by this hotel.

We stayed at Hotel Lucian for 3 nights as a family of three. The location is fantastic, just a 2-minute walk from the metro and 15 minutes from Schonbrunn Palace. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a great variety of options, including delicious pastries and fresh fruit. a pleasant and convenient stay.

The staff was polite and helpful, providing information about sightseeing and even helping to book opera tickets. The breakfast offered a wide selection of dishes, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. the hotel provided a comfortable stay with excellent service.

The breakfast had a good variety to choose from and was served until 10am. The staff member Lauren went above and beyond and made our experience enjoyable.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was just a short 200m walk to the nearest underground station, allowing us to easily explore the city center in just 15 minutes. we had a very pleasant experience at Lucia and would highly recommend it to others.
