The only thing that could make the breakfast even better would be more variety in options.

Just a short 5-minute walk to the River Danube, the view from the hotel was absolutely stunning. the hotel was conveniently located near the subway, making it easy to explore the city. the rooms were modern and the atmosphere was pleasant. the concierge was very helpful and provided us with all the necessary information about utilizing the subway and navigating the city center. I had a great experience at this hotel.

There was a minor issue with the inattentive housekeeping, as they did not replace my coffee capsule or shower gel during my 4-day stay. this did not diminish my experience in the hotel.

Loved the complimentary Nespresso coffee and bottled water! the location was perfect, with breathtaking views and easy access to the city. the attentive staff made us feel welcomed and pampered. Best of all, the breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of hot and cold options!

We had to pay a high fee for the parking garage and encountered some difficulty with the payment process. while the restaurant was luxurious, the food was not quite up to par with the expensive prices.

Our upgrade to the LEVEL LOUNGE was a great decision. The exclusive lounge on the 53rd floor had breathtaking views of the city, and the staff, especially Yokastha, made us feel welcome. The rooms were spacious, clean, and luxurious. It truly felt like a home away from home. The complimentary items provided, like toothbrushes and nail filers, added a nice touch. The beds were huge and comfortable, and the shower was stunning.
