We loved this place! It is located in a peaceful area but close enough to downtown to walk. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities including a washing machine. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and always ready to assist us with our requests. We appreciated the room upgrade and the tasty omelette at breakfast. The sauna was a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring and the in-room air conditioning helped us sleep comfortably.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself had a great aesthetic and was conveniently located not too far from the city center. The underground parking was perfect for the hot days in June, and the hotel had good WiFi.

We were pleasantly surprised to find tea, coffee, and a kettle in the room, along with a fridge. the gym and sauna facilities were an added bonus for our enjoyable and affordable stay. the staff, especially Ms. Luna, were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great suggestions for exploring Salzburg. the clean and spacious room made us feel right at home, and the breakfast was delicious. it was a fantastic hotel experience.
