The value for money was great and the room was lovely with nice decor and a fridge. The hotel's location was very convenient, walking distance from the hustle and bustle but quiet at night. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The hotel’s location is great, as it is close to everything. It is near the centre, allowing you to easily explore the 1st district by walking or public transport. The rooms are spacious and modern, with nice bathrooms and comfortable showers. The staff is friendly and efficient, providing a quick check-in process. The breakfast offers a variety of choices and is very good. Additionally, the hotel provides extra amenities and privileges in the upgraded rooms.

The only negative aspect was the slow wifi speed, which should be improved for a better guest experience.

It is perfectly situated just across the bridge from the old city center, allowing us to easily explore the popular tourist attractions. The convenience of having the bus stop to the airport just 5 minutes away and the transportation to the Vienna International Congress center just 7 minutes away made our travel arrangements hassle-free. We were able to enjoy a leisurely 20-minute walk to the museum area, passing great shops and famous historical buildings along the way. The room was nice and the staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We were pleasantly surprised to find an enlarging mirror in the bathroom, adding an extra touch of luxury.

Great location! I stayed at Mercure Wien City and the location was perfect. It was just a short walk away from St. Stephen's cathedral and the area was nice and quiet in the evenings. There was also a convenient Spa store nearby for any necessities. The hotel's location made it easy for me to explore the city.

The soap dispenser in the bathtub was difficult to reach, causing water to spill on the floor. the lack of a shower option was also inconvenient.

The decoration in the room we chose was a bit outdated and not like the one in the pictures, but there was enough space and the air conditioning worked fine.
