The location and amenities at this hotel are perfect for skiing. The on-site ski room was a treat and made our days on the slopes so much easier. The rooms were well-designed and comfortable, and the restaurant had a beautiful view and delicious food. The staff went above and beyond to retrieve our lost luggage, showing their genuine care for guests. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful ski experience.

The bathrooms are immaculate and feature amazing showers. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and always ready to assist with any custom queries. The breakfast is exceptional, offering a vast cold buffet and a variety of made-to-order hot dishes. The spa is beautiful, with multiple saunas and a relaxing indoor to outdoor infinity pool.

The outdoor pool could be slightly warmer for a more comfortable swimming experience.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Great views and conveniently located. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Ski storage room was a plus. The breakfast was amazing with lots of options to choose from. The hotel provided transportation to the town for skiing equipment rental.

The noise level at the hotel was unbearable, which made my stay uncomfortable. The loud music from the bar located on the top floor was too much, especially when trying to rest after a long day of skiing. There was no room service, which made it difficult to have food when the hotel driver was unavailable. The outdoor pool was not heated enough for me to enjoy and the steam and sauna rooms were uncomfortably small.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the convenience of ski-in, ski-out access from this hotel. It was great to be able to hit the slopes right from the hotel without having to travel far. The buffet breakfast provided was also a highlight, offering a wide variety of options to choose from to start our day. Additionally, the friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable, providing excellent service and going above and beyond to assist us.

One downside was the temperature of the pool, which could have been warmer. It would have been more comfortable to swim in if the water had been heated to a higher temperature.
