Our stay at the hotel was very enjoyable and memorable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to the city center via tram D. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast provided was very good. Additionally, we found some great restaurants nearby, including the gem Gabel & Co. Special mention to "Christopher" who went above and beyond to make our stay truly exceptional with his enthusiasm, knowledge, and sense of humor. This hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to most of the tourist attractions and just by the tram that takes you to the city center. The rooms offer a good view, with windows looking out to the inner yard. The furniture is modern, not older than 2 years, and the breakfast is included in the price.

Everything was just fine, couldn't ask for more.

Got some good discounts, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Location-wise, it was great, right across the street from the train station. the room was clean, the bathroom was large, and the shower had nice hot water.
