We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, nestled amongst the stunning mountains, providing breathtaking views from our spacious and comfortable room. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The service was top-notch, with prompt room service, impeccable housekeeping, and even a laundry service available. The airport shuttle was a convenient option for transportation, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding area.

The spa facilities were amazing, with a variety of pools and saunas. the breakfast buffet had a great selection and everything tasted fresh. the location was ideal for outdoor activities, with plenty of hiking trails and beautiful lakes nearby.

The service at the restaurant was slow and not very friendly. the room was a bit outdated and could use some renovations.

We had an amazing experience at this luxurious hotel! The location was beautiful, nestled between stunning landmarks like H allstatt, Altaussee and the Five Fingers lookout. The hotel itself w as exquisite, with a beautiful design and attentive staff. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. The spa facilities were top-notch, especially the himilayan salt cave and the outdoor heated pool with panoramic views. The breakfast was delicious and fresh, with a great variety of options. We can't wait to visit this place again!
