We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. Nh Collection Wien Zentrum is perfectly situated on the main shopping street, just a short walk from the historic centre. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The location was excellent, right outside a metro station, making it easy to explore further afield. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very helpful. We also loved the roof terrace and breakfast area, it was a great spot to relax. we were extremely satisfied and can't wait to visit again. See you next time! 😊

Stayed at a hotel in a really excellent location with a nice pedestrian only walk into town and right outside a metro station. the staff were very helpful and the room was very quiet, ensuring a relaxing stay. Special thanks to Emine and Peter at the reception for their exceptional service. the room itself was extremely beautiful with a direct view of a bustling street and was kept impeccably clean. the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space to spread out. the breakfast at the hotel was also excellent, although there are nearby cafes if you prefer a lighter option.

The location was perfect with a nearby underground train station and plenty of shopping and restaurants. The manager, Mr. Oliver, was courteous and helpful, making our stay memorable. The room was spacious and quiet, and the bathroom had an excellent shower. The staff was attentive and provided great service, including accommodating dietary requests at breakfast.

Loved my Xmas getaway! the hotel had wonderful complimentary breakfast and an awesome welcome drink that helped us relax and forget the cold winter weather outside. the location was great, perfect for exploring the city on foot, with many shops and attractions nearby. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi that allowed us to stay connected with friends and family.

The room had some minor issues. the curtains were not thick enough to block out the bright Xmas lights that kept us up at night, and the heating system was difficult to adjust.
