I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The beds were incredibly comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. The location was ideal, being just across from the main train station, which was very convenient for us as we had a lot of luggage coming in from Budapest. Additionally, the hotel is only a 5-minute walk away from Belvedere Palace, which was a nice bonus. The breakfast was delicious, although it would have been great if there were more options for kids with nut allergies. I was very satisfied with my experience.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. The room was exceptionally clean, with a brand new feel to it. We were pleasantly surprised with a note, a tasty cake, and a stunning 18th-floor view for our anniversary. The hotel also had an activity room for kids, which was a great addition. it was a wonderful way to end our trip in Austria.

The reception staff at Novotel were incredibly kind and friendly throughout our stay. They treated us with respect and even went out of their way to make our honeymoon extra special. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a bed that provided a great night's sleep. The hotel's location right next to the central station made it convenient for us to travel with our heavy luggage. We definitely plan on returning to Novotel when we visit Vienna again.
