I absolutely adored the charming and cozy decor of the hotel, especially the elegant furniture in the lobby that made me feel like I was stepping back in time. the general areas were well-lit and easy to navigate, perfect for senior folks like me. the hotel's convenient accessibility for senior people, with no high stairs or tricky corners, made my stay truly enjoyable.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the children working there for senior guests who may need extra help with luggage or navigating the area.

The location was fantastic! Just next to a subway station and surrounded by cute cafes and shops. Plus, having a Nespresso machine and a water kettle in the room with daily coffee and tea replenishment was a nice touch. the beds were comfy, which made for a good night's sleep.

The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. the room felt a bit worn out with broken skirting boards and ill-fitting bed sheets.

staying at urban boutique was a true delight - the room was clean and stylish, the breakfast spread was delicious. the central location, close to a metro station, made exploring easy. the friendly staff even waited for us past check-in time due to our delayed bus.

Had a WONDERFUL stay at a cozy hotel, with a variety of breakfast options. the room was comfy with a shared bathroom. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. the location was perfect for exploring the city. Absolutely would choose this place again! the room looked even better than in the photos!
