This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money was fantastic. The prices were reasonable and affordable, especially considering the amenities and service provided. Secondly, the location was superb. Being right in front of the bus stop for the glacier was incredibly convenient, and it was only a short walk to the center of town. Finally, the attention to detail was evident throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a nice balcony that had a beautiful view. Moreover, the staff were attentive and helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met. The complimentary breakfast was also a highlight, offering a good variety of choices to start the day off right.

All was perfect, nothing could be improved.

The breakfast was decent and satisfying. the hotel's location was great for exploring the city and its attractions. We appreciated the fact that the staff was very friendly and willing to help us with directions and recommendations.

The bed sheets seemed dirty and the bathroom had a strange odor. the noise level was unbearable, making it difficult for us to have a peaceful night's sleep.

The owners were incredibly friendly, providing us with early access to our accommodation and ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The simplicity of the room was more than adequate for our needs, and the cleanliness of the pension was commendable. Despite a minor inconvenience of not having a kettle in the room, the staff was more than happy to provide hot water whenever we requested it. The central location of the pension made it convenient for exploring the town and accessing nearby restaurants. I had a wonderful experience at this pension and would highly recommend it for a pleasant and memorable stay in Kaprun.
