The location of this hotel is stunning, and the spa facilities are the best I have ever seen. There are five pools, inside and out, and towels and drinking water are easily available. The gym is exemplary, probably the best I have ever seen in a hotel in Europe.

Finding your way around the hotel can be a challenge as it is spread over several buildings. Also, while the food is delicious and the staff friendly, the hotel has a reserved and almost sombre feel, likely due to being an adults-only hotel with many older guests.

The hotel had an impressive garage, very nice spa area, 5 pools, and a fantastic gym. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food selection was delicious, especially for vegetarians. The location was stunning, with easy access to hiking and biking.

This hotel is a luxurious and exclusive retreat that fulfilled all of our needs. the attentive and friendly service made us feel right at home. the Spa & wellness centre was the highlight with an impressive range of treatments and facilities, including multiple saunas, steam rooms, and pools. We particularly enjoyed the relaxation area with comfortable loungers and stunning views of the surrounding mountains. the restaurant offered an amazing selection of food, including special diet menus. We loved the private dining area and the exclusive amenities that came with it.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of a brochure about the hotel in our native language. Although the translation was available, it was random and difficult to understand.
