We had a fantastic stay at a conveniently located hotel, with the Hahnenkamm cable car just a short distance away, making it easy to access the slopes. The rooms were well maintained and the breakfast offered a wide range of delicious options. The spa facilities were excellent, including saunas and steam rooms for relaxation. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for local restaurants and assisting with luggage storage. a great experience.

One minor drawback was a small issue with the fire escape route map in the room, which could be confusing.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel in Kitzbühl. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, recommending restaurants and even letting us check in early. the hotel had excellent spa facilities and a cozy bar. the room was spacious, clean, and had stunning views. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the balcony offered a great place to relax and enjoy the scenery. the hotel was conveniently located, just a short walk from the main street and ski lifts. it was an incredible experience and we can't wait to go back.

The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to store our rented Electric Bi Cycles in the ski room. Had a great Easter break at a hotel in a central location with super friendly staff and a relaxing atmosphere in the bar. Enjoyed the top-notch wellness facilities and the satisfying buffet breakfast that had lots of options to choose from. the spacious and comfortable rooms and the excellent service provided by the staff are two other facts that we appreciated.

The absence of a twin room that we needed for our children was a bit of an issue. I would have loved a tea/coffee service in the room, but with the €4.00-€4.50 fee per cup, I decided to opt for bringing my own tea bags.
