I had a wonderful stay at Rafael Kaiser - Premium Apartments City Centre - Contactless 24H Check-In. The apartment was nicely appointed and everything worked well. I especially appreciated the Nespresso machine for my morning coffee. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city's main attractions. Additionally, the smart check-in process was hassle-free and convenient.

The beds were incredibly comfortable and the building itself was beautiful and clean. I loved being able to control the temperature in each room with the ventilation system. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to the city center or take the nearby underground. The communication with the host was excellent and they even offered parking options for our car.

We had a wonderful stay in this well-equipped apartment with a nice design. The location is incredibly convenient, being incredibly close to the underground and just a short walk to the city center. The tram stop is also close by, making exploring the city a breeze. The apartment itself is spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a separate shower and bathroom. The kitchen has all the utensils we needed, and we loved being able to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea in the morning. The check-in/out process was simple and hassle-free.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. It was super clean, comfortable, and spacious, with modern and beautiful decor. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and close to the metro station. The communication with the management was prompt and detailed, both before and during our stay. The parking arrangement nearby was very convenient, and we loved the fact that there was a laundry facility available. this apartment provided everything we needed and we highly recommend it.

The apartment was tastefully decorated and the beds were comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. The blackout curtains were a bonus, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location was excellent, with a lovely vegetarian bistro nearby and key attractions within walking distance.

One minor inconvenience was the lack of a washbasin in the WC, which was somewhat troublesome. Additionally, the top floor unit we rented was hot and stuffy upon arrival, and we couldn't open the windows, so we had to leave the front door open to get some cool air in.

Loved the contactless check-in and the convenience of arriving at any time. The location was great, with supermarkets and the city center nearby. The apartment was clean, cozy, and soundproof, ensuring a peaceful stay. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment, and there was even a laundry room available. I was pleasantly surprised to find a small gym on-site. Highly recommended for a visit to Vienna.
