I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! the location is absolutely perfect. It is right on the slopes, making it extremely convenient for skiing. The ski-to-door access was a dream come true for me. I particularly appreciated the room service and housekeeping services, as they were prompt and efficient. The hotel also had a fantastic spa and leisure facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage services. I was thoroughly impressed with the comfort and quality of this hotel.

Spent a lovely Xmas in an enchanting fairy tale hotel, surrounded by friendly staff who made our stay even more memorable. Amazing breakfast and big rooms with breathtaking views. the hotel is located only a short walk away from the city center, offering many options of restaurants, cafes, stores, and even a movie theater. its location allows you to ski-in/ski-out from the hotel.

The swimming pool was a bit too cold for my liking, and the restaurant was a bit expensive. But overall, it was an excellent choice, apart from some minor issues such as insects in the room and a smelly toilet.
