The value for money at this hotel was outstanding, exceeding the expectations of a 5-star stay. The room was comfortable with a beautiful view of the glacier mountains. The location was exquisite, with a balcony and warm jacuzzi to enjoy the stunning surroundings. The staff treated us with superior service and a homely family touch that made all the difference.

Food for breakfast could be improved with a selection of free newspapers in the morning.

We absolutely loved the spa facilities, with a fantastic selection of amenities and workshops available. The outdoor pool could be a little warmer, but overall it was a great addition. The appetizer buffet and made-to-order omelets for breakfast were delicious, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The setting of the hotel was remarkable, providing a beautiful and relaxed atmosphere.

We felt really welcomed during our stay and had no complaints.

The food was delicious, and we enjoyed the live music in the bar at night. the location was perfect, with beautiful views from our room and easy access to the tram. We also appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere.

Our Christmas experience was marred by unhelpful and unfriendly staff. the spa was overcrowded and getting a reservation for a treatment was a hassle.

This hotel is a luxurious haven that exceeded my expectations. the staff is attentive, friendly and professional. the spa and wellness centre offer exclusive amenities such as full body massages, body wraps and facials that made me feel pampered and refreshed. the indoor swimming pool and sauna are exceptional, adding to the hotel's comfort and elegance. the restaurant provides delicious and varied options for breakfast, dinner and packed lunches, catering to all dietary needs. the private facilities in the room were outstanding.

My only minor issue was the Wi-Fi coverage, which sometimes wasn't fast enough for video calls. this did not detract from the overall experience.
