Our romantic escape to this beautiful hotel was everything we could have wished for and more. the delightful staff welcomed us with warmth and made sure our every need was catered to. the state of the art facilities such as the wellness centre and spa helped us relax and unwind. We particularly enjoyed the stunning views of the surrounding mountains and nearby lake. the food was exquisite with fresh local produce, and the elegant dinners made us feel we were experiencing a five-star restaurant.

The occasional cigarette smell in the reception area. However, this did not detract from our overall positive experience of the hotel.

We stayed at a hotel with a prime location near the beautiful lake. The gardens were a great place to relax upon arrival. The hotel was conveniently located just across the Asitz gondola, making it easy to access the skiing area. Our room was spacious and inviting, with a huge bathroom and separate toilet. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with a warm welcome and constant assistance. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of options. The facilities, such as the spa and ski room, were top-notch and added to the overall experience.

Some guests mentioned that the portions for the half-board meals were a bit small.

the lack of air conditioning in the room made it a little uncomfortable during the night.
