The modern and luxurious walk-in shower was a jaw-dropping addition. The Reception Staff charmed both us and our dog, going above and beyond in their service. They even kindly offered to book us a superb dinner at a nearby Gasthaus, showcasing their delightful and gracious touch. Additionally, the staff at the reception desk were genuinely nice, eager to help, and efficiently efficient. The location was excellent for sightseeing and exploring the town. All in all, our stay was super enjoyable and we will definitely return if we visit this town again.

We had a lovely Christmas stay at this hotel. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of delicious food, including fresh pastries and local cheeses. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the city center and we appreciated being close to the main sights and restaurants. the staff was friendly and provided great service throughout our stay.

We were disappointed that the hotel did not have any festive decorations or events during the holiday season, which made it feel less like a Christmas getaway. the room could have been cleaner, as we found some dust and hair in the corners and under the bed.
