The location of the hotel was outstanding, with breathtaking views of the surrounding area. the restaurant offered excellent food, and the view from the dining area was truly amazing. Additionally, the staff were friendly and provided good service throughout our stay.

The pool in the spa had quite cold water, which was a bit uncomfortable. Another downside was that the outside whirlpool was quite small.

The wellness center was a haven of relaxation, complete with a heated jet spa pool overlooking the lake. The dining experience at the bar was delightful, with delicious food and an authentic Austrian ambiance. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had with a wide selection of high-quality food. The staff, especially Matthias and Manuel, were friendly and provided excellent service. I highly recommend this luxurious property.

The surroundings were serene and peaceful, providing a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were extremely attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

One of the disappointing aspects of our stay was the lack of clear communication regarding the availability and cost of the luxury car shuttle service to neighboring villages. We were not made aware of this service and when we inquired about it, the concierge seemed confused and provided incorrect information.

Excellent quality and comfort, attentive and welcoming staff, complimentary sparkling wine upon check-in, fresh flowers in room, exceeded expectations in amenities. Will definitely return next year.
