I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel in the heart of the city. The location couldn't have been better, as I was surrounded by all kinds of shops and within walking distance of many major landmarks. Despite being in such a central location, the hotel was surprisingly quiet and provided a peaceful retreat from the bustling city center. The service at this place was also top-notch, with the staff at the reception desk being incredibly helpful and friendly. They were always available to assist with any query or request I had during my stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel to all.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and leave late without any additional charges. the rooms were clean and spacious, offering all the necessary amenities such as a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine. the location of the hotel was excellent, making it easy for us to explore the city and visit popular attractions.

The only negative aspect was that the bathroom had a high bathtub which made it a bit difficult for older people or those with mobility issues to get in and out comfortably. However, this was a minor inconvenience and did not greatly affect our overall experience at the hotel.

Great location near Stephansplatz and Wien Mitte station. Spacious and private double rooms with well-thought-out design. Plenty of eateries around. Nespresso machine and fully equipped kitchen in apartment type rooms. Friendly staff with helpful suggestions.

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The location was perfect for exploring the city and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful at check-out. and the room was equipped with all the amenities I needed, including heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The bed was comfortable and there was also a sitting area and a dining table for added convenience. The room was soundproofed to ensure a peaceful night's sleep and there were free toiletries provided, as well as a washing machine and cookware/ kitchen utensils.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

This apartment is ideally located in the heart of the city and close to all major tourist attractions. The staff is friendly, fluent in multiple languages and always ready to help. The modern bathroom is spacious and squeaky clean. The apartments have a kitchenette with a coffee machine, fridge and microwave. There is a grocery store just across the road and several restaurants and cafes around.

The apartments lack an extra comfortable chair in the room, so only one person can relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city.

The location of Singerstrasse 21/25 was unbeatable, just a short walk from all the main attractions. We loved being able to explore the city on foot without needing public transportation. The spacious room was perfect, and having a kitchenette to prepare our own breakfast was so convenient. There were also plenty of excellent restaurants nearby.

The cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were great, including a basic kitchenette and a laundry room with easy-to-use machines. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent, always prompt in answering our questions and providing logical directions for navigating the city. The location was great, within walking distance of most tourist points of interest and close to trams for easy transportation. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. We also appreciated the private parking available in the same building.
