The cleanliness, comfort, and professionalism of Sofitel hotels were evident here. The snow-white, clean room and extremely comfortable bed truly made it feel like a 5-star experience. The breakfast on the 18th floor with glass walls provided an amazing city view. The bathtub was a fun addition after a long day exploring.

The air conditioning in the room was not up to par. I had to complain multiple times to the hotel management about the poor cooling, which was quite inconvenient.

Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to major tourist sights and excellent restaurants nearby.

The check, in process was quite disappointing. the reception staff seemed unhappy with our request for a room and quoted a higher price than what was available online.

The breakfast was divine, with a beautiful view of the city. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep for our family of four. The mini-bar goodies were restocked regularly, along with vanity sets and other essential items. We also appreciated the availability of slippers, bathrobes, and a stock of creams and other goodies. the facilities and amenities catered to our needs as a family with two small kids.
