We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The bar/lounge area was spacious and had plenty of seating options. The different eating areas catered to parties of all sizes. Our room had been recently refurbished and was of a very high standard. The shower with a waterfall head was a highlight, and we never ran out of hot water. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of choices, and the evening meals consisted of at least four courses. We stayed over Christmas, and the hotel was tastefully decorated with traditional food and drinks. We also enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, which was excellent. we had a fantastic Austrian Christmas holiday and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Smoking in communal areas was irritating and pervasive. Some areas and facilities were outdated and could use some updating.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel is massive and can accommodate a large number of guests. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We were stuck in traffic and called ahead to ask for food, and they arranged to keep the buffet open for us. the food was delicious and they even had glasses of fizzy drinks waiting for us at the table upon arrival. the rooms were spacious and well-lit, with comfortable beds and a great bathroom. My parents had a smaller room but were happy with the fantastic mountain view. the location is convenient, with a small supermarket nearby. the swimming areas, both indoor and outdoor, were wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed them. the breakfast spread was extensive, offering a wide variety of options.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. the staff in the dining room, especially Gabriel, were incredibly friendly and helpful. Gabriel patiently answered all our questions and gave us great tips for our meals. the breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of choices, and we loved that they prepared egg dishes upon request. Despite the hotel hosting many guests, it still felt spacious with plenty of seating areas to relax. the location was convenient and close to the ski lift, making it easy for us to enjoy our winter activities.
