The view from our room was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking mountain vistas that added to the romance of our escape. We also appreciated the helpful and friendly staff, who provided us with useful information about nearby attractions and even gave us welcome cards to explore the area. the location of the hotel was perfect for us, with easy access to transportation. Being just a short walk away from the tram station made getting around a breeze.

There were a few aspects that we didn't particularly enjoy during our stay. We were hoping to have a variety of restaurants to choose from for our romantic dinners, but that was not the case.

This hotel is surrounded by magnificent mountains, making it a picture-perfect location for those looking to experience the beauty of the Alps. The rooms are modern and updated while still maintaining the charming atmosphere of an Austrian chalet. I particularly loved the large balcony and the luxurious bathroom with its excellent bathtub. The hotel is located just a short distance from the town center, but the STB tram makes it incredibly easy to get around and explore.

Great access to mountain activities! the location of the hotel was perfect for accessing the nearby mountain trails for hiking and biking. It was so convenient to be able to walk right from the hotel to the Muttereralmbahn. the town of Mutters was very quiet, perfect for a peaceful Christmas getaway. I also loved the hotel's sauna and indoor pool, which provided a relaxing retreat after a long day of outdoor activities. And the breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of options including fresh yogurt, granola, meats and cheeses, breads, and made-to-order eggs.

That the location of the hotel was uphill, which could be a challenge for some guests. the lack of a refrigerator or kettle in the room was a bit inconvenient.
