I recently stayed at Stadthotel Styria in Steyr and couldn't recommend it more. The staff were extremely obliging and pleasant, and the breakfast served in the charming room overlooking the historic town centre was excellent. The choice of food on offer was well-presented and varied. The large bedroom had a wonderful view of the cobbled streets and was quiet at night. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the nearby bars, restaurants, shops, and cafes.

The breakfast served in the charming room overlooking the main street was a highlight, with a wide selection of delicious dishes beautifully presented in a buffet style. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the room, from the comfortable sitting area to the well-equipped kitchenette, everything was thoughtfully designed to enhance comfort and convenience. I was thoroughly impressed with the top-notch service and luxurious amenities provided by this hotel.

Excellent location on main street in old town. Comfortable room, bed, and great breakfast. Helpful and friendly reception staff. Easy to find from train station. Reception open until 8pm.

The hotel was situated in a fantastic location, right in the middle of the main street in the heart of the city. the room itself was clean, tidy, and very comfortable, with feather pillows that made all the difference. the breakfast is definitely one of the best aspects of this hotel, with a great variety of tasty options to choose from.

The lack of reception after noon on Sundays, which can be confusing for first-time visitors. Getting access via intercom and key safe is not as welcoming as having an actual reception desk at all times.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the location on the main street, which was both convenient and peaceful. The spacious rooms and large bathrooms were perfect for our needs. The breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations and was the best we've had in Austria. The staff and management went above and beyond to accommodate our needs during Ramadan, ensuring provisions were made so we could have breakfast before sunrise.
