The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions and enjoy the bustling atmosphere. We were able to walk to the city center and visit the nearby cafes, which provided a lovely break during our stay. Additionally, the hotel is located near a cemetery, providing a peaceful and quiet environment for a good night's sleep.

The staff at the hotel were a bit impersonal and not very friendly, which took away from the overall experience.

Spent Easter weekend here. Room was clean and comfortable - had a balcony with a view. Breakfast buffet had a great assortment of food and drinks. Location was convenient, close to public transportation and shopping options.

The staff, while polite, seemed distant and did not offer much in the way of personal recommendations or help with navigating the city. the Wi-Fi was spotty and I had difficulty staying connected at times.

I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome from the friendly staff at the reception. They went out of their way to accommodate us in a better room than what we had initially booked, at no extra cost. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a peaceful and restful night's sleep. The hotel also had a convenient electric car charging station, which was included in the garage price. The location was easily accessible from the highway and a short walk to the city center. I had a great stay at Star Inn Hotel Premium Graz and would recommend it to others.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was excellent. The prices were affordable and reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The location, although not in the city center, was convenient as it was close to the main train station and had easy access to public transportation. Additionally, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The basic amenities in the rooms, including a balcony like in the pictures and a complimentary bottle of water, added to the overall comfort of the stay. Lastly, the breakfast offered a wide range of options to cater to all tastes.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were more than satisfactory.
