During my stay, I loved being just a few steps from Belvedere Palace, which made for a fantastic walking experience in the city, and the quick access to the main train station meant I could explore other parts of Vienna with ease. the staff were super friendly and willing to help whenever I needed it.

i really enjoyed my stay at leonardo hotel vienna hauptbahnhof. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the main train station. the superior double room was spacious and well-maintained. the cheerful staff, especially mike at the bar, made my experience even better. breakfast was great, with plenty of options to choose from.

this hotel is a serious letdown. the bathroom was an absolute joke, with no door on the shower, providing zero privacy. the heating was louder than the train station outside. after all that, i expected a complimentary gesture since i faced such inconveniences but received nothing! almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

It was just a proper fit for a stopover in Vienna with all in all brilliant value for money. The bar has 24-hour service, but the limited food options mean you should grab a meal at the nearby station. Also, bring your own tea as the kettle comes with extra charges for tea bags.

Just a few minutes from the main train station , and the room was spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and I seriously appreciated the daily room service , it made things easy for us while exploring.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain , but I’d say it was fair for what we got.

Great location right across from the Hauptbahnhof. very convenient for catching trains and subways. The storage room for luggage was a lifesaver, especially when arriving early. breakfast was stocked well throughout the morning!
