The location of this hotel is amazing. It is situated on a small street, right on a canal of the Danube, at one edge of the main city block. The service provided by the staff is exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and spoke excellent English. The room amenities are excellent, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. We also appreciated the in-room safe, dining table, and patio. The hotel provides all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including a hair dryer, free toiletries, and even a washing machine. The room also had a well-equipped kitchenette with cookware and kitchen utensils, as well as an electric kettle. The television, with its flat-screen feature, was a nice touch. The overall comfort of the room was enhanced by the carpeted or parquet floors and the dining bar/lounge area.

The suite at Starlight Suiten Renngasse was spacious and clean, exactly what we were looking for. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the main shopping area and St. Stephen's Cathedral. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel room was big and spacious with comfortable beds and good air conditioning. The location was perfect—close to the city center and just a short walk away from nearby public transportation. One of the major advantages of the hotel was the friendly cleaning staff who ensured that our room was always clean and tidy.

The sofa in our room was terribly dirty and an absolute eyesore. the room lacked enough kitchen items, and we had to request additional cutlery and bowls.
