Perfectly located in the historic city centre, it's just a stroll from the museum quarter and shopping area. You can easily walk to cafe central, and the Herrengasse underground station is just next to the hotel.

The elevators are painfully slow during the busy hours of the day.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, centrally located and close to all the top attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was beautifully decorated and spacious, with large windows offering great views. It was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. The hotel's proximity to the U3 station made it easy to explore the city using the excellent public transportation. I also loved the nice bar for pre-dinner drinks. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely book this hotel again.

My only small complaint was that the breakfast seemed a bit overpriced at 30 euros each, considering there are plenty of local bars and cafes in the area. Additionally, I would have appreciated complimentary bottled water in the room each day, as it seemed a bit stingy to charge for such a basic amenity.

As avid bike riders, we loved the convenient location of the hotel. With the Underground train station right next door, we had easy access to explore all of Vienna on our bikes. The hotel's proximity to great shopping and delicious restaurants made our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the spacious rooms and clean bathrooms, providing us with the comfort we needed after a long day of biking. The free mini bar in the Premium Room and daily refills were a pleasant surprise, keeping us hydrated and refreshed. the hotel provided everything we needed as bike riders to have a fantastic stay in Vienna.

The hotel we recently visited provided us with an unforgettable experience during our romantic escape. We were pleasantly surprised by the two complementary drinks waiting for us upon arrival, which instantly set the mood for our getaway. the location was perfect, as we were able to easily explore the city and stumble upon wonderful restaurants and shops. the rooftop bar provided stunning city views and the perfect atmosphere to enjoy a nightcap.

Not everything during our stay was perfect. the room had a distinct odor, which took away from the romantic ambiance we were hoping for.

The staff was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making our experience seamless. The room was clean and comfortable, with a bed that provided much-needed rest after a long day of exploring. The central location allowed us to easily walk to the nearby attractions. Standard breakfast with mini bar in deluxe rooms while the restaurant has a small selection of dishes. Upgrade to a room with a stunning view, worth the extra cost.

The location of this hotel is phenomenal. Right by the go-to cafes, most luxurious shops, and museums. Virtually everything you want to see is within walking distance.

I recently stayed at Steigenberger Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, and the room was excellent. It was spacious, clean, and had a wonderful bathroom. The mini bar, with the addition of the Nespresso machine, was a great touch. The hotel's central location made it perfect for exploring the city, and it was also conveniently situated near the finish line of the Vienna City Marathon. a great stay!
