We stayed at Mai's Apartments for one week and couldn't be happier with our choice. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of storage for our family of five. The kitchen was well-equipped and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, and even a bottle of wine. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and public transportation.

The location was unbeatable, with top sights, supermarkets, and restaurants just a short walk away. The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and clean. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary wine and coffee capsules. I highly recommend this place.

I recently stayed at Studio Apartments Opera in Vienna for a week and it was absolutely perfect. The location was unbeatable, with top sights just steps away and excellent transportation connections. The apartment itself was huge with the added bonus of two bathrooms. The interior had that typical Vienna glamour and the entryway was beautiful. The landlord, Katharina, was fantastic with communication and the apartment felt like a home away from home. a wonderful experience.

The penthouse apartment was clean, bright, modern, and spacious. It was located in the city center, close to everything in Vienna. The apartment had great transportation options, with several tube lines and trams nearby. The staff was accommodating and allowed us to check in early.

Spacious, well-equipped apartment with good location near shops, museums, and public transportation. Clear and simple communication from the landlord. Individual temperature control and TVs in all bedrooms. Very clean and smart apartment.

The location of the apartment was fantastic, being just a block away from the Opera House and surrounded by great shopping and dining options. The apartment itself was stylish and spotless, with comfortable beds and a modern kitchen equipped with lots of utensils. We also appreciated the doors that could be shut between each area, allowing for privacy and undisturbed sleep.

One downside was the odd layout of the bathrooms. One bedroom had an en-suite shower area but no toilet, while the other two bedrooms shared a common bathroom with a toilet.

Felt so at home, no complaints at all

We had a fantastic stay in this centrally located apartment in the heart of Vienna. The communication with the host was excellent, and they were very helpful in answering our questions before we arrived. The apartment itself was beautiful, with high ceilings and tasteful furniture. It was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with everything we needed in the kitchen. We particularly appreciated the air conditioning in each room, which made our stay comfortable, especially after a hot day exploring the city. The location was superb, with major attractions such as the Hofburg Palace, St. Stephen's Cathedral, and the Musikverein Concert Hall all within a short walk. Additionally, the nearby tram and subway stops made it easy to navigate the city.

Nothing not to love.

Additionally, the communication with the host was excellent, with quick and accurate responses to all my inquiries.

There were a few negative aspects to my stay. the apartment had a persistent smell in the common bathroom, which was quite unpleasant.

We loved the central location of Studio Apartments Opera - Mai'S Apartments. It was our first time in this city and we were impressed by how easily we could walk to all the top sights, such as the Opera House and the Albertini. The apartment itself was stylish and spotless, with comfortable beds and a modern kitchen. The water pressure in the showers was good and we appreciated the separate areas of the apartment, allowing for privacy. The building was quiet and had a lift, which was convenient. Communication with the owner was excellent and they even allowed us to drop off our bags before check-in time.

Had a wonderful Easter break in a cozy apartment in a great location in the city. Loved the fact that the apartment was equipped with a kitchen and a washing machine, making it really convenient for our stay. The key location was perfect, with the tram and train stations, as well as restaurants, just a short distance away. Also, the quick and easy self check-in process was a bonus.

The pillows were not very comfortable, and the water heater in the bathroom was a bit problematic, as we had to wait for hot water during showers. Additionally, the bathroom layout was a bit unusual, with one en-suite without a toilet and two toilets on the other side of the apartment.

The location of the apartment is excellent, as it is close to the pedestrian zone in the center of Vienna. It is also conveniently located near Tram line 1 and the Opera. The apartment offers spacious rooms with comfortable beds and great air conditioning. The bathrooms are clean with good water pressure. The apartment provides amenities such as a coffee machine, dishwasher, and washing machine, making it very convenient for guests.

It would be beneficial if the living room had more comfortable furniture for relaxation and watching TV.
