The B&B exceeded my expectations. The hostess was friendly and helpful. The air-conditioned room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed. location was perfect, with a fast and easy train station just a stone's throw away and some lovely restaurants within walking distance. Last but not least, the breakfast was so delicious! Everything was homemade, from the mouth-watering jams to the refreshing muesli and fresh bread.

I can honestly say that there wasn't anything I didn't like during my stay. The only thing I regret is that I didn't stay there longer.

Convenient location near metro, shopping center, and beach. Clean room with daily cleaning service. Friendly owner and delicious breakfast with fresh, local products. Personal touches and thoughtful gestures from Eva, including offering to drive me to the bus stop. Relaxing atmosphere with beautiful garden views.

The attention to detail is evident throughout the hotel, from the well-decorated rooms with balconies and individual access, to the homemade jams and other specials served at breakfast. The location is also a big plus, situated in a quiet neighborhood with an almost rural feel, but still within a 10-minute walk to the Kagran train station, providing easy access to Vienna's downtown.
