The room I stayed in was spacious and beautifully decorated, offering breathtaking views of the town and mountains. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was pristine. The staff members were friendly and always ready to assist, making my stay even more pleasant. I also appreciated the option to charge meals to the room, especially at the restaurant on the -1 floor that served delicious pizza and pasta. Despite the small drawbacks of a limited wellness area and a few areas in need of maintenance, the overall rustic charm of the hotel added character to my stay. The pool on the top floor was a great way to relax and exercise while enjoying the stunning mountain views. The breakfast options were varied and featured locally sourced produce, enhancing the overall dining experience. The hotel is situated in a pedestrian zone, ensuring a peaceful and quiet atmosphere.

This hotel is located right in the heart of town, overlooking the bustling main square. From the room, you can enjoy a view of the square and the surrounding mountains. The room itself is attractively furnished with typical Tyrolean-style furniture and the bed is very comfortable. the bathroom is excellent, providing all the necessary amenities.

The hotel seemed understaffed, with the bar area near the entrance often unattended.

The hotel was perfectly located in the heart of the city, allowing me to walk to all the main attractions. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and they all spoke English fluently. the hotel offered great views of the surrounding mountains. I especially enjoyed spending time in the pool area on the 6th floor, where I could relax and enjoy the stunning scenery.

Although the breakfast was excellent, with a variety of sweet and savory options, the staff in the breakfast restaurant did not seem very friendly. Some of the amenities that I expected, such as slippers and a more complete bathroom kit, were not provided in the room.
