I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Vienna. The location was perfect, as it was just next to a bus stop and a short walk away from the u-bahn, making it very convenient to explore the city. The highlight was definitely the proximity to Schönbrunn castle, which was a great bonus for me as I love being in direct touch with nature. The staff were incredibly helpful and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room was comfortable and clean, with a nice bed and a well-maintained bathroom stocked with fresh towels. Although I didn't have time to have breakfast, the hotel restaurant had a nice ambiance.

That the room did not have a phone to call the reception, but it wasn't a big deal for me.

The bathroom was spacious and modern with excellent amenities. The room was clean, stylish, and had ample space. The breakfasts were delicious. The hotel had a great location, close to the subway station and Schloss Schönbrunn. The staff were friendly and spoke good English.

Great facilities, including private channels, good double bed, good Wi-fi connection, and a shower with shower gel. The staff was helpful, providing their own wash machine for laundry. The room was clean and comfortable, with a warm atmosphere and a fan for ventilation. The location is excellent, with a bus stop in front and close proximity to the Metro station and Schonbrunn attraction. The staff were friendly and ready to help, even offering to print tickets.

Felt well taken care of, no complaints.

The location was perfect as it was only a short walk to the metro and the palace. the hotel room was spacious, with big windows, and the bed was incredibly comfortable ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. the bathroom was also modern and clean, adding to the overall experience. One of the things that I enjoyed the most was the delicious breakfast provided, with plenty of fresh choices to start the day.

The hotel did have a few downfalls that I must mention. the lack of air conditioning was uncomfortable during the hotter days, although they did provide a fan which helped a little.

I enjoyed sipping over 300 cocktails at the scandalous Planter's Club and ogling the sexy bartenders. Also, the Volksgarten club within a garden was a hoot!

Who needs air conditioning or friendly staff?

Well-located, with a bus stop right at the hotel and Schönbrunn palace within a 10-minute walk. The tidy and clean rooms had a magnificent design, with smart solutions like table lamps with USB sockets. The big balcony with a table and sofa was an additional advantage, providing a relaxing space to enjoy the outdoors.

It felt a bit cold during the night, even though it wasn't unbearable. Thicker blankets or more heating could have been provided to make the stay more comfortable.

This hotel is located in a very nice and calm area, perfect for a peaceful stay. It is also conveniently located close to the U4 metro line, making it easy to travel around the city. The staff here are very friendly and the basic amenities provided are excellent. The rooms are spacious and come with comfortable queen size beds. Additionally, the breakfast offers a good variety of options, including fresh veggies.

The lack of a heater in the bathroom was a bit inconvenient, especially during the cold month of February.

The hotel had a prime location, just a few minutes' walk to the Schönbrunn Palace Park and near the metro. We felt safe even when returning late at night. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with two windows that fully opened, allowing plenty of light in. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Nothing, it is perfect.

Lovely Hotel

We had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel near the Vienna Opera House. The rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable, and the walk-in showers were fabulous. The free outdoor opera screening was a delightful surprise. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options. Although small, the only improvements we could suggest are tea/coffee facilities and an ironing board. we highly recommend this pleasant hotel.
