Food quality was good except for dinner options. Spa had a small swimming pool. TV channels lacked English movies. Helpful staff, particularly at the restaurant. Vegetarian options were readily available. Kaiserbad in the Vital center offered good value for money. Hotel atmosphere and location were great. Vital center facilities were enjoyable. Nice swimming pool and convenient location. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices. Service staff was friendly. Hotel amenities like the indoor pools and game room were enjoyable. Snack time was like an extra meal. Extended breakfast and dinner times were convenient.

The newly built parking garage was a convenient feature, and the proximity to the ski lift made it easy to access the slopes. We had an absolutely amazing stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, being right next to the ski lift and slopes. We loved being able to ski right down to the hotel's door. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. Special mention goes to the receptionist, Frani, who went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also provided a daily taxi service to the train station, which was very convenient for us. The facilities were fantastic, with an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, spa, sauna, and steam room. We indulged in some spa treatments, like massages and beauty treatments, which were absolutely blissful. The hotel also had a lovely sun terrace and garden area, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes.

The spacious and cozy room made us feel right at home, and the comfortable bed ensured a restful sleep every night. The hotel's popularity with families meant that there was some elevated noise levels, especially during breakfast and dinner times. However, this didn't significantly impact our romantic getaway and we understand that the hotel caters to a diverse range of guests.

Spent a fantastic new year's eve here! Loved the variety in the buffet style dining, with helpful servers always available. The views from the room were breathtaking, especially the balcony, which was also ideal for catching some sun. Skiing was a breeze with the ski-in, ski-out location and secure equipment storage, while the spa area offered a relaxing respite with its lovely pool and sauna.

Not too impressed with some of the staff, who seemed like they needed more training or were just uninterested. It was frustrating to receive slow service from some of the younger employees. The rooms were decent, but could use a little updating, and some lacked air conditioning. though, this relatively minor stuff didn't detract too much from an overall great stay.

I had a wonderful time staying at a hidden gem in a beautiful location. The hotel staff were friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the pool and wellness facilities were fantastic. The breakfast and dinner options were delicious and varied. My favorite part was the personal touch - the owner's attention to detail and the farewell present we received upon checking out. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic holiday experience.
