We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, just a short walk from Heydar Aliyev center and the bus final stop, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the service was top-notch. We particularly loved the room service, dry cleaning, and 24-hour room service, which made our stay even more convenient. The hotel had wonderful amenities such as a health club and free Wi-Fi, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Great value and fantastic service. the staff is outstanding and always willing to help. the breakfast is varied and tasty. the rooms are well-priced and comfortable. the location is convenient, with easy access to public transportation. I appreciate the cleanliness and the amenities provided. the hotel also offers a shuttle service to and from the airport.

The shower could be better, with some temperature fluctuations and low water pressure. the towels were a bit thin and could be improved.

Our room on the 4th floor exceeded our expectations with its size, cleanliness, and well-furnished decor. Despite the metro being a bit far, taxis were affordable and convenient, with options to reach both the closest station and the city center.
