Had an amazing xmas stay at this hotel! The staff was super friendly and helpful, making me feel very welcome. The location was perfect, close to the seafront boulevard and surrounded by nice streets to explore. The complimentary wifi worked perfectly and the bar on the ground floor had a great selection of food and drinks, perfect for winding down after a day of exploring.

The checkout process was a bit slow, taking longer than expected to get my invoice and cancel any credits for the mini bar. there was some noise from the window during a heavy storm, but it eventually stopped.

Great location, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, reasonable price, exceptional staff.

Our stay at this hotel was luxurious and exclusive. We were delighted with the spa and wellness center, especially the indoor swimming pool and sauna. The treatment rooms are serene, and the therapists provide excellent massage and facial services. The entertainment was fantastic, and the restaurants, bars and snack bar offer incredible meals and drinks. We enjoyed the private facilities in the room, and the location advantages, as the shopping mall and Nizami Street are only a stone's throw away.

The only minor issue we encountered here was the steam room's malfunction, but the staff fixed it promptly.

Large and comfortable rooms with good lighting and pleasant odor. Fantastic breakfast on the highest floor with a great view. Good Wi-Fi speed and a full-size modern working table in the room. Location is central and accessible to the airport and tourist attractions. Friendly and helpful staff, especially at reception and breakfast.
