I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with everything looking exactly like the pictures. The location was very convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the metro station.

However, what really stood out for me was the exceptional staff who exuded genuine hospitality. They were caring, helpful, and made me feel extremely safe as a solo female traveler. The hotel's location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city center within walking distance of many attractions. The staff, especially Kasaam, went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and even escorted me safely to the taxi. I had a fantastic experience and would like to express my gratitude to all the staff at Center Hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the wifi works well. Rooms are spacious, with balconies and impressive city views. However, the carpets need deep cleaning and the ventilation could be better.

The breakfast is very basic and doesn't offer many options for different dietary requirements.

The location of the hotel is great, just a short walk from Baku's main attractions. The staff was helpful and friendly when I had an issue with the AC unit making noise. This makes it easy to access a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options in the area. the hotel is only 10 minutes on foot from the metro station, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is helpful and attentive. The breakfast provided is delicious and there are plenty of facilities available for guests to use, including a lounge area and a fitness center.

The rooms and bathrooms are on the smaller side, which may be a bit cramped for some guests.

There were plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby, and the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. They even upgraded me to a bigger room. I loved exploring all the attractions in Baku and taking part in the Christmas and New Year activities. it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
