The location of the hotel is very convenient, with easy access to public transport and several nearby restaurants. It is also close to the city center, making it convenient for exploring the famous attractions and enjoying the vibrant nightlife. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay for families with children. The hotel staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring excellent service throughout the stay. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options, including cheeses and fruits. Plus, the reasonable cost of accommodation is an added advantage.

The heater in the room doesn't work properly, making it a bit cold during the night.

During my stay at New Baku Hotel, I was impressed by the spacious and clean room. The bathroom was also large and well-maintained. The availability of three beds in the room was a great bonus. Additionally, the staff showed courtesy and professionalism throughout my stay. They were especially responsive and helpful, particularly Kamran, who went above and beyond to assist me. Despite being slightly far from the city's tourist attractions, the affordable taxi fares made it convenient to travel around. I would highly recommend New Baku Hotel for its value for money and enjoyable experience.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location was great, right in the heart of everything. There were so many restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were amazing and provided top-notch service. They were very helpful in explaining how to use public transport and recommended some great local places. The room was fantastic and had everything I needed, including ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and comfortable seating. The restaurant had great food and a range of options. I had a very pleasant experience here.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great hotel experience.

Room size was good and very comfortable beds, also interior of the room. Good variety of breakfast. Key location close to some of the main attractions.

The overall room service needs improvement and attention to detail. We had to ask for a comb and bed wasn't made well on one day.
