Beautiful wooden structures with modern amenities. Spacious rooms with full length glass doors. Great breakfast and tasty dishes at the restaurant. Clean and cozy spa facilities. Helpful staff and kids' room with attendant.

I recently stayed at Park Chalet, Autograph Collection for a few nights and it was a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially in the restaurants. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well designed, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The hotel also offers a great breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. Additionally, the location is perfect for sightseeing, with breathtaking views of the mountains both from the room and the restaurants. I had a wonderful stay and enjoyed every moment.

We had a good stay in the Azerbaijan mountains, enjoying a great view from the super clean and comfortable room. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very nice and kind. The location was a perfect hub for those looking to ski, with easy access to the slopes and several restaurants with acceptable prices ready to handle large crowds.

The limited choice of restaurant facilities and the lack of a bar for relaxing and talking.

the autograph collection in shahdag surpassed my expectations during our recent stay. the staff was incredibly friendly, the facilities were outstanding with a beautiful lobby, rooms, spa, and ski activities. we had a dreamy time and everything was perfect.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the ski resort center, making it easy for us to access the winter activities and skiing. We were also pleased with the close proximity to Baku or the airport, making our travel experience more convenient. The room we stayed in was spacious and well-designed, offering a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, with a nice bath tub and shower. The staff provided friendly and helpful service throughout our stay. The breakfast selection was impressive, offering a wide variety of tasty choices. we enjoyed the beautiful view from the hotel.

The reception service was slow and not well-organized. There were some issues with the key-cards, which caused inconvenience and delayed our check-in.

The hotel here has exclusive amenities that provided me a luxurious stay. the service staff were prompt and accommodating. the indoor swimming pool and the Sauna were very refreshing, not to mention the fabulous Spa lounge. the Massage service was exceptional and it left me rejuvenated.

My only minor issue was the insufficient menu selection at the on-site restaurant. I hoped for more variety, as there were no BBQ facilities nor picnic area/tables available.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel in the mountains. the breakfast offered a variety of choices, and we appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to the nearby ski slopes. the gym facilities allowed us to keep up with our fitness routine while away.

The rooms were not soundproof, so we were frequently awoken by noise in the hallway. Finally, while the hotel was in a great location to access the ski slopes, it was quite a distance away from any nearby shops or restaurants.
